ایک پہلوان کی کہانی

ایک پہلوان نے غربت سے تنگ ہو کر پشت پر مٹی ڈہو کر اپنا پیٹ بھرنا شروع کر دیا, نہایت ہی دل تنگ اور غمگین رہنے لگا ، کہا بڑے بڑے پہلوانوں کو بچھاڑنا اور کہاں یہ دن ، لوگ شہد پیتے مرغی اور بکری کھاتے اور اس بے چارے کی روٹی ساگ پات کو ترستی رہتی. کتے بلیوں کے جسم پر لباس اور یہ بیچارہ ننگا - حسرت سے دعا کرتا کہ ساری زندگی کا رزق اکٹھا ہی مل جائے تو چند دن تو آسانی سے گزر جائیں۔ ایک دن زمین کھود رہا تھا کے تھوڑی کی ہڈی نظر آئیں اور ساتھ موتیوں کا ٹوٹا ہوا ہار پایا جو زبان حال سے کہہ رہا تھا۔ زمانے کی گردش کا گلہ نہ کر یہ تو گہومتا ہی رہتا ہے ۔ پہلوان کو تھوڑی تسلی ہوئی کہ جب انجام ہیں سب کا ایک جیسا ہے تو کیا تخت نشین اور کیا مٹی نشین۔ غمی خوشی ختم ہو جائے گی صرف عمل کی جزا اور نیک نامی رہ جائے گی۔ ملک تاج تخت والے بھی اس دنیا سے گزر گئے اور گدا اور محتاج بھی دنیا سے دھوکا نہ کھا دیکھ اگر تیرے پاس دینے کا سونا نہیں ہے تو سعدی کی نصیحتیں سونے کی ڈلیوں سے کم نہیں ہے ان سچے  موتیوں کو اپنے دامن میں سمیٹ لے دے

مال دولت تخت و تاج اس پر  گھمنڈ نہیں کرنا چاہیے  خوشحالی اور تنگ دستی انجام کے لحاظ سے برابر ہے   کیونکہ موت سب کو ایک جیسا بنا دے گی

 Wealth, throne, and crown should not be boasted of. Prosperity and scarcity are equal in terms of end, because death will make everyone equal.
